Hazy beer has been a staple at Strike for as long as we can remember, so in celebration of our 8th Anniversary we knew we had to brew a new one and pull out all the stops. “8” was brewed with a thiol producing yeast strain from our friends at Berkeley Yeast. Yeast-derived flavors of guava and passion fruit accentuate the fruity hop character of Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Citra.
