Job Description
The Packaging  & Cellar Associate is responsible for assisting the Production Team in all aspects of beer production and packaging.  Weekly schedule availability Monday – Friday.

Reports to: Director of Operations

Responsibilities
Daily tasks including but not limited to: 

• Canning line support and operation
• Cellar work: CIP/SIP tanks, beer transfer + carbonation, conditioning
• Cleaning and filling Kegs
• Shipping and receiving assistance
• General cellar and walk-in cleanliness and maintenance 
• Exhibit practices that promote safety, quality and productivity

Qualifications, Experience and Skills/Knowledge Education:
High school or equivalent, college equivalent preferred

Huge enthusiasm for craft beer and learning all aspects of production

Eagerness to grow within the Strike team

Necessary Characteristics:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem solve effectively and efficiently
Accountable for completing tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively problem solve
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations standards by all brewery staff

Physical requirements:
Carrying/lifting heavy items, transferring/lifting or pushing items, working in awkward positions, operating heavy equipment, or holding body in one position for a prolonged period
Ability to lift 50-150lbs repetitively throughout a shift
Standing for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
Ability to climb and descend ladder and stairs
