Pure and Simple was brewed in celebration of our 8th Anniversary in collaboration with Ryan Campangna, head brewer at Touchstone Brewing Company. Ryan started his professional brewing career at Strike so we wanted to make sure to include him in our festivities! This pale Ale is brewed with Gallagher’s Best Pale Malt from Admiral Malting in Alameda and Cashmere hops from Thomsen hops in Tracy. This crisp and refreshing pale ale showcasing some of the best local ingredients and we are very excited to share it with you.
