Fielder’s Choice is one of our favorite beers to make because it marks our favorite time of the year: hop harvest season. Every year towards the end of summer we drive down to Hollister Hopyards and hand-pick hops straight into the brew at the peak of freshness, contributing wonderful floral and citrus complexity to the finished beer.
