Phinny’s Pub Ale is a tribute to one of our favorite styles and the original session beer, the Best Bitter. We brewed this delicious, pub-style Ale with traditional Maris Otter barley and a touch of crystal malt for color, complexity, and a hint of sweetness. We then liberally added East Kent Goldings, a centuries old hop variety made famous for its delicate floral and spice attributes. The result blends moderate bitterness with incredible malt character, leading to a super crisp and flavorful beer that will have you reaching for a second pint.
