The Cold IPA is a new style pioneered by Wayfinder Beer up in Portland, and after trying one ourselves we knew we had to make one. This collaboration with Alpha Acid in Belmont is brewed with a base of Pilsner malt and flaked rice to create a super thin base which we fermented with lager yeast. We then dry hopped Cold Streak with loads of Citra and Mosaic, adding incredible citrus zest character.
