Nelson hops from New Zealand are highly coveted and notoriously hard to come by. We were lucky enough to get our hands on some and brewed this beer using a blend of Nelson and Citra on top of loads of malted and flaked wheat. Flavors of pineapple, ripe mango, and white wine mingle with fruity yeast esters to create this wonderfully juicy IPA.
