Shake Off begins as a Hazy IPA brewed with emerging tropical hops from around the world including berry-forward African Queen and French Barbe Rouge. The addition of Lactose and Vanilla balances and mellows the big fruity hop character with subtle sweetness and wonderful vanilla character, creating something delightfully complex and drinkable.
